By D. Lanier Shook                                               July 22, 2014

Everyone has heard of comic book conventions, where sci-fi movie fans gather to celebrate what they enjoy about movies, comic books, and science fiction in general. While Comic-Con is perhaps the most well known (its also a registered trademark of the San Diego Comic Convention and you can visit their website by clicking right here) Geekout Asheville was held only about a month ago and you can click here to read our article about it. The bookstore chain Barnes and Noble are holding their own Pop Culture Convention starting tomorrow. Here’s a list of events and you can click here to visit the Barnes and Noble website for details about each one.
