Western North Carolina is a great place to live with an incredibly vibrant, dynamic arts scene. But we live in a world of seven billion people and each culture has its own vibrant, dynamic tradition. Its a win-win for everyone when our local arts scene merges with the global community. That’s exactly what’s going on in three weeks at the Asheville Fringe Festival.
For over a decade the Fringe Festival has let artists share their work with each other and with Asheville. This festival is all about bringing dance, video, puppets, theater, and performance art to the good folk of Western North Carolina. This year brings an impressive forty artists to Asheville.
If this peaks your interest then you’ll want to click here to visit the Fringe Festival’s website and learn more about the schedule, tickets, and their venues. This event will be held at locations from West Asheville to East Asheville, so you’re probably close to one of them. This is also where you can find a list of sponsors who help bring quality art to our community. It saves you and me alot of airfare.
