If you haven’t been to an event or exhibit at the Black Mountain Center for the Arts you need to go. For two decades they’ve been promoting the arts in the Swannanoa Valley. Their current exhibit is another example of the quality artists they bring to our area.
Their annual Clay Studio Exhibit and Ceramics Sale brings art and value together through January 24th. You’ll want to click here to find out about directions, gallery hours, and more information about the BMCA. That’s also where you can see photos of examples of their work and photos of the artists at work.
This is also a great chance to explore Black Mountain, less than an hour east of Asheville. You can click here to visit the town’s website and find out what they have to offer. The clay exhibit is your opportunity to start off the New Year saving time and gasoline.
