LIFESTYLE TUESDAY: Jarrett Rutland’s I Love You No Matter What

Last Friday I was privileged enough to attend a book release party with Mr. Jarrett Rutland for his new book. “I Love You No Matter What: A Prince Chirpio Story.” This enjoyable event was held at The Hop in West Asheville, which serves incredible Americano espresso at a really great price. (Click here to check out their Facebook page and click here to visit The Hop’s Website—there’s another one on Merrimon Avenue.) I was on a tight schedule, but I managed to drop by for a few minutes just before the festivities began.
Mr. Rutland was already busy with potential readers so I grabbed an Americano at the counter and got a look around. The HOP is one of those places we are so fortunate to have here in West Asheville and Asheville as a whole. The staff is courteous and provides great service, they have a wonderful selection, and — just in case I didn’t mention it — the coffee is great.
Mr. Rutland was a great guy who turned out not just to be a published author but an experienced illustrator. I was able to pick up a copy of I Will Always Love You and read it several times over the weekend. As an older brother, uncle, and author I’ve gone over lots of children’s books. This book’s text and illustrations are top notch.

To me these illustrations are right on. This is how a children's book should look.

Everyone is looking for quality books for small children and “I Will Always Love You Is a Great Choice.” I’m going to recommend everyone click here to visit Mr. Rutland’s Facebook page and click here to check out I Love You No Matter What on Amazon. This is one book even adults will enjoy.

Look at that autograph! That’s my kid’s college fund right there.
